Shipping Policy

At Earthforged Rock Shop, we take care in preparing and packaging every order for shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may occasionally vary depending on the size, quantity, or nature of the items in an order.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as the destination, package weight, package dimensions, and available carrier services.

Earthforged Rock Shop does not currently offer automatic free shipping unless specifically stated as part of a promotion or offer.

Expedited Shipping

When available, expedited shipping options may be displayed at checkout. Any additional cost for expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Carrier transit times are estimates and do not include Earthforged's order-processing time.

Where We Ship

Earthforged Rock Shop currently ships orders within the United States only.

We may expand shipping availability in the future. Any available shipping destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

Packaging

Because many of our minerals, fossils, gemstones, geodes, and other specimens are fragile, heavy, unusually shaped, or one-of-a-kind, we take reasonable care to package orders appropriately for shipment.

Packaging methods and materials may vary depending on the size, weight, fragility, and characteristics of the items being shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact Earthforged Rock Shop as soon as possible and provide your order information along with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the circumstances and work with you on an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside Earthforged Rock Shop's control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping issues when possible, but carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
