Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Earthforged Rock Shop. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

A 20% restocking fee applies to accepted returns. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Some products may have additional or different return conditions stated on the individual product page. Product-specific terms will apply where noted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Unused and unworn, where applicable

• Returned with any original tags or packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Before sending anything back, please contact Earthforged Rock Shop to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for how and where to send the item.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept eligible returns for exchange.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item according to this policy. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item you would like.

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot normally be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Geodes

Geodes

All geodes are sold as-is and are final sale.

Geodes are naturally formed, and differences in color, crystal growth, interior pattern, formations, and overall appearance are part of their natural character. These variations are expected and are not considered defects.

If an unusual circumstance occurs, including significant shipping damage or another substantial issue with your order, please contact Earthforged with your order information and photos. We will review the situation individually, and any exception to the final-sale policy will be considered case by case.

Identification & Informal Value Consultation Services

Earthforged will first conduct a brief consultation to determine the scope of the requested identification or informal value consultation and the amount of research involved. The applicable fee will then be provided before paid work begins.

Once Earthforged and the customer agree to the service and applicable fee, and the consultation, identification work, or research has begun, the agreed-upon fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If Earthforged is unable to perform a prepaid service, any amount paid for work that was not performed will be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact Earthforged Rock Shop as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

We do not normally accept order cancellations.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the eligible refund amount will be returned to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

International Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to a country or region that provides mandatory consumer cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights, those rights apply regardless of any conflicting provision in this policy.

European Union Customers

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where permitted by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if informed of that responsibility before purchase. The standard Earthforged restocking fee does not apply where a statutory right of withdrawal prohibits such a fee.

United Kingdom Customers

Customers purchasing online from the United Kingdom may also have statutory cancellation rights, including the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving eligible goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
